Hotel Reservations – With access to the Worldwide Independent Network (WIN), via the Advantage Consortia, this means access to corporate rates at a vast number of hotels and apartments on a global basis. Together with access to hotels directly and a select group of licenced third party providers, means extensive coverage for all aspects of your accommodation requirements.
Car Hire Reservations – We have access to all major car rental companies, together with a number of car rental brokers, giving our consultants the facility to offer you the most competitive rates, again on a global basis.
Domestic Rail – Through our association with Travelwise, via our online solution we are able to provide schedules and prices for all UK Train operating companies.
European Rail - We have the facility to provide schedules and tickets through a number of licenced rail providers across the main European network.
Eurotunnel and Ferry Reservations – Provision of schedules and tickets across all routes on a Domestic, European and International basis
Foreign Currency and Travellers Cheques – Subject to the order being received by 1300Hrs, we have the facility to arrange for currency to be delivered to a corporate or private location by the following day. This service is for all major currencies, with the lesser known currencies being subject to supply and restrictions that will be advised upon order.
Travel Insurance – We have the facility to provide immediate cover on an individual or company basis, single or multi trip, subject to the appropriate criteria being met.
Airport Transfers - We have the facility to provide chauffeur transfers within the UK to/from home or office to UK Airports, Ports and all other locations.
Visa and Health requirements - We will provide information on the necessary visa and health requirements on receipt of the initial reservation enquiry.
Passport and visa procurement - We will provide a facility to obtain replacement and additional passports, as well as the appropriate visas for travel, subject to the correct documentation being received.
Emergency out of hours contact - We provide an emergency service that is delivered by our own consultants, out of normal office hours.
Groups, Conference, Events and Incentives - Provision of a venue finding and reservations service for all categories.
