With a number of countries starting to relax their restrictions and border controls, we have updated our website with a Covid-19 Country tracker on our home page. Here you can select a specific country to obtain the latest information on quarantine measures, border restrictions, airports and airlines within that country. Whilst we will continue to provide such information on any future travel enquiries received, we hope this will be of benefit and give you an overview of whether travel to that country is possible or not, before getting to the next stage.
As of today, the UK quarantine measures enforced by the Government will start from next Monday, 8th June. Through our consortia and other trade bodies we are lobbying hard to get this removed or at least watered down as we fully appreciate this will have a severe impact on those Companies and Individual Travellers alike who are keen to travel as soon as it is safe to do so.

Also before you travel back to the UK, it is now mandatory that you provide information about your journey alongside your contact details before you land. All passengers will need to complete an on-line form, which can only be submitted within 48 hours of arrival back into the UK. Passengers will need to show a copy of the completed form when they arrive at the UK border, either by printing a copy or showing it on their phone. In our last update we mentioned the provision of a ‘Pre-Travel Trip Check List’ please click on the following /admin/resources/covid-19-pre-trip-checklist.pdf. Whilst its not exhaustive as its aimed at more of an overview document, we trust you will find it useful. Separately, we are working to provide additional detail once reservations are confirmed be they for Air, Hotels or Car Hire etc, as to specific supplier information and what is required throughout your trip. There is currently no uniform policy for airlines for example, but as with most groups of suppliers there are certain synergies and criteria that has been adopted.
We are in regular communication through our Consortia with all suppliers and receiving regular updated information of the finer detail of the procedures that they are looking to implement. Some of these include technological enhancements at check in to avoid touching screens etc, to boarding and disembarking procedures and advance cleaning processes of not just aircraft, but hotel rooms and car rentals.
We are sure you will appreciate collating all this information is quite a task with so many different suppliers but we are keen to provide you with the latest, most update information to ensure your journey is as safe, smooth and as efficient as it can be.
